"If you are looking for a personal trainer to not only help you reach your goals, but educate you in the process then look no further than Zach Hughes. I have been training with Zach for a little over a year and I have lost 80 pounds and counting. Zach is everything you could ask for in a trainer. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to tailor your workouts to meet your goals. He pushed me when I need to be pushed, and he supported me through the tough days when I just wanted to give up. He is always positive and makes you feel great about your progress, even when you don’t. He truly invests himself in his clients and wants you to succeed, but he expects the same from you. I think most importantly, Zach taught me how to invest in myself, which helped motivate me to reach my goals. This meant putting down the piece of pizza and getting to the gym, even on those days when you just don’t want to. Trust me when I say this was a huge feat as I absolutely hated and down right dreaded working out before I started personal training - and I really like pizza. Weight loss is an emotional journey. I had tried so many times in the past to lose weight, and failed. I was finally able to succeed, and without Zach to guide me through this process, I know for a fact I would not have reached my goals and be where I am today."
